These policies help ensure a smooth, professional experience from inquiry through final delivery.
PROJECT QUOTES
Each project is unique. Pricing is determined based on factors including:
• Script length
• Intended usage
• Distribution platform
• Turnaround requirements
• Editing requirements
• Licensing and usage rights
Quotes remain valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.
SCRIPT SUBMISSION
Clients are responsible for providing final approved scripts before recording begins.
Please carefully review all materials prior to submission.
Changes made after recording has started may require additional recording fees.
REVISIONS & PICKUPS
Reasonable performance-based revisions are included when requested within seven (7) days of delivery.
Examples include:
• Minor pacing adjustments
• Pronunciation corrections
• Small performance refinements
Script rewrites, additions, or substantial changes are not considered revisions and may be billed separately.
TURNAROUND TIMES
Standard turnaround times are discussed during booking.
Rush projects may be available depending upon schedule and may incur additional fees.
FILE DELIVERY
Final audio files are delivered electronically in the agreed format.
Common formats include:
• WAV
• MP3
• Other professional audio formats upon request
USAGE RIGHTS
Voice recordings are licensed for the specific use agreed upon in writing.
Additional usage beyond the original agreement may require an updated license and fee.
Examples include:
• Commercial advertising
• Broadcast usage
• Audiobooks
• Corporate narration
• E-learning
• Podcast introductions
• Brand messaging
AI, VOICE CLONING, AND SYNTHETIC VOICE USE
Whispers Edge does not grant permission for any recording, voice sample, performance, or derivative work to be used for:
• Voice cloning
• Synthetic voice generation
• Text-to-speech systems
• Artificial intelligence training
• Machine learning systems
• Voice model development
Separate written authorization is required for any such use.
PAYMENT
Payment is due upon receipt unless alternate arrangements have been approved in writing.
Completed audio files may be withheld until payment has been received.
REFUNDS
Because voiceover services involve custom creative work, completed projects are generally non-refundable.
If a technical issue or recording error occurs, reasonable corrective measures will be taken promptly.
